MTN Zambia’s #MTN1HourChat happening this Friday

MTN Zambia will be having their public monthly hour-long social media chat with their CEO Charles Molapis this Friday at 14:00hrs.

The focus is on customer experience at any of their touch points. These include call centers (outbound and inbound), retailers, content service providers after sales service support channels, third party retail points, and self-help channels.
